264 (-13 lbs) New Year - phase 1

Thankfully the holidays didn't completely destroy me. I wasnt good -- but i wasnt terrible either.

Im back on Phase 1. So much for cereal. Water consumption today was poor. need to do better with that.

Breakfast
eggs, steak-um, cheese, mushrooms, onions, d/c

lunch
lettuce, chicken, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, beans, d/c

snack
summer sausage, cheese, c/l

dinner
2 ribs, Italian stew with tomatoes, sausage, roasted peppers, mushrooms, 1/4 cup red wine, cherry pepper (hot), mozzerela, parmesean

dream: mom calls to apologize that she is doing all these things with other siblings while forgetting me
